Nemesis Trailer Now Available
Get your first look at the new movie
It's finally here!
The official "Star Trek: Nemesis" Web site has launched, which includes a ton of tidbits. Most importantly, however, is the new teaser trailer for "Star Trek: Nemesis" that was previewed earlier Wednesday by the Paramount-owned "Entertainment Tonight" syndicated program.
The trailer is available only in QuickTime format, but shows what can easily be described as the best trailer ever created for a Star Trek movie.
Running at just over a minute and a half, the trailer features Patrick Stewart as Capt. Jean-Luc Picard, Tom Hardy as Shinzon, Michael Dorn as Worf, and Brent Spiner as Data, and his prototype unit. And unlike many past Star Trek teaser trailers, this montage features virtually no recycled special effects shots, presenting many of the visuals fans can expect to see in the final movie.

This is the fourth official Web site launched in conjunction with a Star Trek movie, dating back to 1994's "Star Trek Generations," which is claimed as the first-ever official Web site for any motion picture.
