The upcoming "Star Trek: Nemesis" movie is continually being touted by different media outlets as the final journey of the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise -- at least on the big screen. But Star Trek torch-bearer Rick Berman said that that isn't exactly the case.

"I think that to say there won't be another movie is silly," Berman recently told the Star Trek Communicator in an issue that will be released in mid-July. "There will be Star Trek movies for a long time ... whether they are going to be ('Star Trek: The Next Generation') movies or movies based on other series or 'Enterprise' or movies based on brand new characters, I just don't know."

Berman did note that nothing past "Nemesis" has been discussed by anyone in charge of the Star Trek franchise.
