Principle Photography Ends

'Star Trek: Nemesis' now left in the hands of post-production

The cameras on the set of "Star Trek: Nemesis" have now gone dark.

On what is constantly rumored as the final film featuring the crew of "Star Trek: The Next Generation," principle photography ended this past week with work now shifting to the movie's post production crew.

Graphic artist Rick Sternbach told StarTrekUK that photography was "pretty much done" with only some possible second unit shooting remaining of stuntwork. Sternbach said his own department finished its work on the film on March 12 after working on the film since October.

Digital Domain has now begun work on the special effects of the movie, which is expected to be released in November or December.
