'Dark Angel' finishes behind
Overnight ratings spell not so good news for the series
"Dark Angel" could be losing its appeal, that is according to Nielsen overnight metered market ratings for Friday night.
According to Zap2it, the Fox network science fiction drama pulled in a 3.6 rating/7 share, finishing last place in its 8 p.m. timeslot behind "Providence" on NBC (8.5/16), a "King of Queens" rerun and "Ellen" (5.4/10 and 4.3/8 respectively), and ABC's "2001 Radio Music Awards."
"Dark Angel" wasn't the biggest loser of the night, however. That distinction went into the 9 p.m. show it led into, "Pasadena," which pulled in a 2.4/4.
Fox (3.0/5) finished fourth for the night behind NBC (9.3/17), CBS (5.5/10) and ABC (3.8/7).
