Its audience may be slowly eroding, but genre fans still prefer the ABC series "Lost" over everything else science-fiction and fantasy.

In a Airlock Alpha review of the past 30 active television weeks of the 2007-08 season, "Lost" has accumulated an overnight audience of an 8.0 share/13 rating, according to Fast National ratings from Nielsen Media Research. That's down nearly 6 percent from the 8.5/13 it scored 10 weeks ago, but the ABC series is holding a considerable lead over an idle "Heroes" on NBC, which still has a 6.6/10 after 30 weeks.

"Heroes" has sole control over the No. 2 spot, however, as the final episodes of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" provided more realistic ratings, dropping it from a 6.6 household rating to a 5.5/9, a drop of nearly 17 percent. That moved it into a fourth place tie with the idle "Bionic Woman" on NBC, which was cancelled earlier this spring by the network.

Ahead of it, and moving up one spot was an idle "Pushing Daisies" on ABC which benefitted from lower ratings from "Sarah Connor" in order to climb up to the No. 3 spot.

Two CBS series "Dexter" and "Moonlight" traded places, with "Moonlight's" audience remaining virtually the same from its average rating from 10 weeks ago, while "Dexter" slipped 5.8 percent to a 4.9/9, and the seventh spot.

The rest of the broadcast network genre series such as "Chuck," "Jericho," "Journeyman," "Smallville" and "Supernatural" maintained their spots at the bottom of the pile. "Jericho's" ratings slipped just slightly from 10 weeks ago from a 4.1 rating to a 4.0 rating.

Both "Smallville" and "Supernatural" also had small slips in viewership.

For the past 10 weeks, "Lost" remained the top viewed broadcast genre show with an average of 7.4/12, down 13 percent from the previous 10-week period.

"Moonlight" was No. 2 with a 5.0/9, down 2 percent from the previous 10-week period, while "Sarah Connor" held on to third with a 4.7/7. That was down 29 percent from the previous 10 weeks.

Rounding out the list was "Dexter" (down 13.5 percent), "Jericho" (down 4.9 percent), "Smallville" (down 8 percent) and "Supernatural" (down 15 percent).
