Locations scouted for Trek X
Some scenes could be shot in Canada
There may not be a green light from Paramount Pictures as of yet, but it seems like pre-production for "Star Trek X" is already underway.
Corona Coming Attractions is reporting that the production company for the movie already has reserved land for the new Star Trek film in Canada.
"My brother lives in Vulcan, Alberta, Canada, and he was asked by movie producers if they could use his land for a scene in a new Star Trek movie," a scooper told the site. "When he asked them for more info, all they said is that the scene will take place in a 'Vulcan-like area.'"
