The following review contains MAJOR SPOILERS for the second season of "Lost."

The ABC hit series "Lost" is being featured in the August 28 issue of TV Guide with spoilers for the new season beginning in September, according to lost-media.com.

Included with each issue is a mini-DVD with a short preview of the second season and information on the upcoming DVDs and deleted scenes from the show's first year.

Three of the island's survivors will explore what's inside the hatch, according to a behind-the-scenes interview. "We made a bold choice," said executive producer Carlton Curse. "It's something we ourselves felt was cool" not to mention freaky and thrilling.

What about the group that left the island on the raft? "Those who survived are separated for the first third of the season," said executive producer Damon Lindelof. He won't say just who survived and who didn't -- in fact, he'd rather talk about who's coming than going. In the premiere, Jack's wife, Sarah (Julie Bowen) and his father re-appear, for example.

Lindelof also said that Michelle Rodriguez's character, Ana-Lucia Cortez, will change the Jack-Kate-Sawyer triangle into "a romantic trapezoid."

New episodes of "Lost" will begin on Wednesday, September 21, at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
