Expect to see some familiar faces on Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda this coming season, including faces from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The X-Files, and the cancelled "Lone Gunmen" series.

James Marsters from Buffy is shooting his episode of Andromeda this week preparing for November sweeps, reported Ain't It Cool News. Marsters reportedly is playing the Nietzschean archduke Charlemagne Bolivar.

Other people to make guest spots include William B. David
(ex-Cigarette-Smoking Man, X-Files) who will play a scientist obsessed with ripping the vel of secrecy from Trance Gemini and her race and Bruce Harwood (Lone Gunmen) who will play a defense contractor protected by Rommie (Lexa Doig, the Andromeda Ascendant's avatar.
