Does the new Enterprise series premiering this fall on UPN live up to its parent creator? George Takei (Sulu, TOS) doesn't think so.

"It seems the people who took over don't have the [same] feel for the show as Gene Roddenberry," Takei told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. "Each subsequent spinoff keeps going down in the ratings."

"Deep Space Nine was the polar opposite of what Gene stood for: our creativity, our ability to work together with adversity."
