Hallett Talks About Recent Hospital Visit
The 'Angel' character Lorne is doing better
Singing and dancing is all in a day's work for this demon, and that is before he gets into character.
Andy Hallett, who plays Krevlorneswath (or Lorne, for short) in the cancelled vampire series "Angel" spoke to fans this weekend at the Starfury: Prometheus convention about his current medical condition that was publicized in the news.
Hallett was hospitalized two weeks ago, after suffering from a viral infection. His viral infection soon led the star to have a cardiac arrest, and he was treated by doctors at Cedars-Sinai Medical in California for five days.
The star, who has appeared at multiple conventions in the United Kingdom this week, did so against his doctors orders, he said, who recommended he stays at home to rest.
"You guys have been great," Hallett told convention goers. "Youve shown that you really care and its been overwhelming. At 28, you do get worried when these things happen."
The star is in a stable condition and is expected to make a full recovery, he said.Talk about this story on the Airlock Alpha message boards. Click here!.
