Battlestar Galactica Begins Filming April 12
Will be the first of a 13-episode order
When will the new "Battlestar Galactica" series begin filming? Apparently not until April, according to Galactica2003.
The new series will begin filming April 12 in Vancouver, under the executive producing of Ronald D. Moore, who co-wrote the movie pilot. The site said that the principal cast already is onboard as well.
"Battlestar Galactica" will be the most expensive series that Sci-Fi Channel is doing for this coming year, with an estimated cost of $1.5 million per episode.
