First Picture From Upcoming ENT Episode
EXCLUSIVE: Being filmed at Universal Studios
A lucky fan had a chance to see a little bit of filming for "Star Trek: Enterprise," but it wasn't where he expected it would be.
While visiting Universal Studios Hollywood, Mark Briody and his wife were taking the studio tour when he saw a familiar site: a full-size rendering of the Enterprise NX-01 shuttlepod.
"There were hand-written signs all round the site like this, 'Enterprise Shuttle ->' but the tour guide made no mention of what was going on," Briody said. "I asked her quietly afterwards and she confirmed unofficially that it was an 'Enterprise' episode. She turned out to be a fan, too."
The production crew of the UPN show were using the Universal lot instead of their regular Paramount lots to film the episode "North Star," the proposed ninth episode of the third season. He took the picture on Wednesday.
