Airlock Alpha Announces Fall Coverage

See what we'll be covering this coming year!

Hello, friends!

First of all, thank you for continuing to be a big part of the Airlock Alpha universe! We recently celebrated our fifth anniversary, and we're proud to continue being your most consistent source for science-fiction entertainment news on the Web!

As you know, the SyUniverse staff is a volunteer group of people. We all work hard to create the best site we can, and to cater to the wishes of you, our visitors. We want you to continue to come back each and every day, and we welcome your e-mails on how we can do that better, or if you enjoy it the way it is! =)

Because we only have so much space and time, we at Airlock Alpha only cover specific science-fiction properties. Every year, around Labor Day Weekend (when many people are at Dragon*Con in Atlanta), we make decisions on what we'll continue to cover, what we won't cover anymore, and new programs that we'll add. Most of our decisions come from ratings, fan passion, and e-mails from you!

We hope you will like this year's coverage lineup. Please note that while we will be focusing on these properties below, there is a chance this could change throughout the year, and also, we will publish major science-fiction news that may not be directly involved with our properties listed below.

TELEVISION

"Angel" -- The WB
"Battlestar Galactica" -- Sci-Fi Channel
"Enterprise" -- UPN
"Jake 2.0" -- UPN
"Smallville" -- The WB
"Stargate SG-1" -- The Sci-Fi Channel

MOVIES
"The Matrix Revolutions" -- Released in November
"The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King" -- Released in December
"The Punisher" -- Released in April
"Transformers" -- Released in 2005
"Spider-Man 2" -- Released in 2004
"Harry Potter" -- Ongoing
"World of Tomorrow" -- Released in 2004 (ongoing ... trilogy)

We have created areas for all of our properties on our message boards, which you can find here. The boards have been quiet, as expected, over the summer. But now that the new television episodes are about to air again, and movies are coming soon to theaters everywhere, it's time for everyone to get back and start talking about science fiction.
Also, if you're not already a member, please take the time to sign up for our Headlines/Breaking News e-mail list. It's free, and you'll never be spammed. It's simply for special announcements, headlines and breaking news from the world of science-fiction. Be the first to know when something happens. It's a service not found on any other major science-fiction Web site. You can learn more about this group by visiting here.

Once again, on behalf of the SyUniverse staff, we thank you for your patronage, and we hope it continues deep into the future ...
