Potter Kids Will Be Back For Fourth
Not sure about a fifth movie, however
Reports that the children stars from the Harry Potter films would be hanging up their wands apparently has been exaggerated. At least according to one of the actors.
Emma Watson, who plays Hermione Granger in the films, told the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet that she and her co-stars Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) and Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) will be appearing in the fourth film, "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire." However, whether or not all of them will be around when they get to the fifth, sixth and seventh movies was something Watson was unsure about.
"We're not up to speculate on that," she said. "One movie at a time."
She and her co-stars will appear this coming summer in "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," and the fourth film will be released in 2005.
The production schedules of the two films will overlap each other, which means that Andrew Cuaron will not be returning for the fourth film. Instead, British director Mike Newell ("Four Weddings and a Funeral") will helm the fourth film. (story).
