Familiar Faces Join 'Punisher'
Rebecca Romijn-Stamos joins the cast
Some familiar faces will be joining Thomas Jane and John Travolta in Tampa, Fla., in a couple weeks as Marvel Enterprises and Artisan Entertainment are set to begin filming "The Punisher."
Rebecca Romijn-Stamos, best known for her role as the near-naked Mystique in "The X-Men" and "X2: X-Men United," is in serious talks to join the cast as Joan, the neighbor to Jane's character of The Punisher.
Already signing on is Laura Harring, best known for her role in "Willard," who will play what is described as the "ruthless, vengeful wife" of the film's criminal mastermind, Howard Saint (Travolta).
The movie is expected to be released in Summer 2004.
