The CW is answering those demands from the fans with fresh new looks of "Smallville" and "Supernatural."
In it, Kent, played by Tom Welling, makes it clear that there is no Clark Kent, and he's going to wear the iconic "S" on his chest to remind him that he has a different destiny.
The latest season also will feature something that is a rare occurrence not just in "Smallville" but in today's life: a phone booth.
You also get to hear Callum Blue from "Dead Like Me" fame utter the line that is probably the most memorable from "Superman II" ... come on, you know it. If not, look at the headline.
For "Supernatural," we get to see some new scenes with an amazing song called "O Death." It's definitely worth a look, especially if you like the Powerade commercial effect.
"Smallville" premieres its new season Sept. 25. "Supernatural" premieres its new season Sept. 10.
